buff the tops with a manicure sponge....or, get a professional manicure. I dont know what causes it....genetics maybe...I like to think it is from housework and we need to stop doing it for the sake of pretty nails!! LOL
you need to eat more proteins and maybe you can take some multi vitamin, that will help you to fix the problem.
Not enough protein in your diet, eat more protein.
their are these types of files, they have four def things on them one to smooth nails one for ridges one to buff and one to shine, they help me, just dont file to much or your nail will get too thin and when it grows out it will HURT ALOT!!! trust me i know lol!
